Will terror in Af-Pak areas go away with development or will assume nastier proportions with American aid?
Q. Perhaps terrorism in Afghanistan and Pakistan should not be equated with socio-political unrest in some other areas of this world where lack of development produces them. It's very likely that American dollars may add fuel to the fire because I'm of the opinion that it's mainly an attitudinal disease that narrows the vision (thereby excluding noble human values )and makes a nasty use of religion for it's sustenance.
